About the Awards
The National Integrity Awards seek to recognize acts of integrity and individuals or groups who make a significant contribution towards realizing our shared Constitutional aspirations. This is meant to promote the continued application and implementation of integrity as envisioned in TI-Kenya’s strategy and the Constitution.
AWARD CATEGORIES
Youth Integrity Award
Recognizing individuals who made significant contributions demonstrating outstanding integrity, deep personal accountability, and unwavering commitment in promoting good governance, integrity, transparency, and accountability in learning institutions, workplaces, online spaces, and society at large.
Whistleblower Integrity Award
Recognizing individuals who exposed corruption, demanded action, and facilitated investigations, prosecutions, convictions, and resource recovery.
Leadership Integrity Award
Recognizing individuals who have shown exemplary leadership and standing in the society to bring about integrity, transparency and accountability.
Transparency & Integrity Journalism Award
Recognizing professional journalists as well as citizen journalists that meet established journalistic standards. The award will specifically focus on investigative stories that expose corruption, abuse of power, or misuse of public resources.
Transparency Integrity Award
Recognizing ordinary citizens who out of their interaction with TI-Kenya’s programmes have made significant contribution within their communities to bring about integrity, transparency and accountability.
Judicial Integrity Award
Recognizing individual judicial officers who have made significant contribution towards promoting the progressive interpretation of the Constitution to breathe life to provisions on our National Values and Principles of Governance, Leadership and Integrity to bring about integrity, transparency and accountability.
